Returns and/or exchanges are not accepted.

However, you are entitled to a full refund if you receive a damaged product or if it does not match the order details. (Wrong product, wrong size etc.)

You are also entitled to a full refund if you haven't received your order. (Unless tracking information shows that it has been delivered.)
